2010 American Music Awards

 

The 2010 American Music Awards are tonight which I thought I would do a post on. AMA is one of the biggest award shows on the calendar year just like the Grammys and VMAs. It will be an interesting night to see who wins awards and who does not. Also there are performances from Rihanna, Usher, Katy Perry and many more. Some of the presenters for it our Ryan Seacrest, John Legend, Nicki Minaj, Keri Hilson, Trey Songz and more. The nominations below are for some of the main awards which are hip-hop, R&B etc related. The ones in bold are my guesses who will win.

Artist of the Year - Eminem, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Kesha, Justin Bieber 

For this one I cant decide between Eminem and Lady Gaga both had a great year. But have a feeling Gaga will probably in the award but who knows?

Favorite Male Artist - Justin Bieber, Eminem, Usher

It should be a win for Em here.

Favorite Female Artist - Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry

Katy Perry for this I reckon.

Favorite Album -  Justin Bieber/ My World 2.0 , Eminem/ Recovery ,  Katy Perry/ Teenage Dream

Have to go with Recovery that album was a classic. 

Favorite Hip-Hop Male Artist - B.o.B. , Drake , Eminem

All of them have had a great year but have to go with Em again im not being Em biased on all these awards just he has had an incredible year.  

Favorite Hip-Hop Album - Drake/Thank Me Later, B.o.B The Adventures of Bobby Ray Eminem/Recovery

I went with B.o.B here, it deserves an award.

Favorite Soul/Rhymthm & Blues Music Male Artist - Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Usher

It will be close between Usher and Trey Songz.  

Favoruite Female Artist - Alicia Keys, Sade, Rihanna

All three  are great singers but Alicia Keys album was to good. 

T-Mobile Breakthrough Artist - B.o.B, Justin Bieber, Mike Posner, Travie McCoy, Taio Cruz, Jason Derulo, Ke$ha, Lady Antebellum 

Either Justin, B.o.B or Kesha but I reckon Bieber will get this one.
